How to use GoCalm Pulse

Ensure the device is charged before use. A full charge is reached in just 20 minutes. Battery indicator: Red indicates the battery is low and should be charged. Green indicates the battery is fully charged.

Wear the device on your wrist with the screen facing palm down. Ensure the device is positioned on the PC6 acupressure point (located three fingers up from the wrist crease, in the hollow between the two tendons).

Turn on the device by pressing the power button for 1 second until the screen illuminates.

Using the power button, toggle between SOFT, NORMAL and STRONG power settings. Select the power setting which is most comfortable. Using the timer button, toggle between 10M (10 minutes), 20M (20 minutes) and 30M (30 minutes). The timer automatically turns off the device once the selected time has lapsed.

Your GoCalm Pulse is now set and all you need to do is lay down and relax!
